To be eligible for a refund, a request must be submitted prior to the shipment leaving our facility. Once the shipment has left our facility, we only offer exchanges for shipment of the wrong product.
We offer exchanges only if we shipped the wrong product. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. After the 14 day period has passed, unfortunately we will not exchange the product.
