How long does it take to see results on my beard?

Results may vary depending on consistency, practice and utilization of application. Results have been reported as early as 2-3 days. Apply beard care twice a day for best results.

How can I track my order?

We'll email you once a shipping label has been created. If email is not in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

How soon should I expect my package?

Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days after your receive your tracking number. Please keep in mind, USPS has closures for government holidays, holiday season and/or severe weather conditions. If your order is impacted, shipment will go out on the next business day. We ship from Austin, Texas.

Do you ship out of the US?

We currently ship our products in the US only.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all packages through USPS.

How long does it take for my order to get processed?

We try our best to ship out packages same day. For orders received after 5pm EST, order will be shipped out on the next business day.

What is your refund policy?

To be eligible for a refund, a request must be submitted prior to the shipment leaving our facility. Once the shipment has left our facility, we only offer exchanges for shipments of the wrong product.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges only if we shipped the wrong product (this includes apparel). Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. The date you signed up for a subscription will be the date your package will go out on a monthly basis.
